Carrie has always been fascinated by children and how they learn. She graduated The George Washington University with a major in Psychology and continued her studies in Child Applied Developmental Psychology at the University of Miami obtaining a Masters and PhD. Her career had been focused on research, but after having three children, she realized that her passion was for working directly with families; specifically, families with neurodivergent children like her own. On the weekends, she loves spending time with her family.
